Ingredients (Quantities depend on individual preference)
Meat of your choice
Chopped vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum/bell pepper, green chillie
Chopped mint leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
Red chillie powder
Boil the meat and then cut it into strips. Toss it in a skillet with olive oil, salt, black pepper and red chillie powder. Then let it sit for a while.
Make garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yoghurt with grated garlic, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix these ingredients together and leave it the fridge to chill.
Make the pita bread and slit it open when cooled.
Spread the garlic yoghurt sauce on the pita bread. Then top with meat and the chopped vegetables and onions.
Roll up the bread and serve. You may wrap each roll in foil or grease-proof paper for convenience.
