4 cups gentleman’s toes, wedges
1 tbsp garlic paste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Curry powder or tandoori masala
Salt to taste
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan, add all the spices and cook on slow fire. Take care not to burn the flavours.
Add the vegetable and mix with the spices.
Cook for a minute and add garlic paste.
Cover the pan and cook for 15 minute on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the vegetable becomes tender, add some salt and continue frying for 4-5 minutes in the open pan until they start changing color. Do not add water at any point.
