Pita Bread

Ingredients

1 kg Wheat flour

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

2 tsp Yeast

4 tsp Sugar

Water, as required

Method

Mix the dry ingredients, then mix in the oil.

Warm the water and add gradually.

Leave the dough to rise for at least 2 hours.

Roll out into thin sheets and cook on a high flame.
