Rulang Pudding

75g rulang (semolina)
150g sugar
50g butter
500ml milk
Food colouring


  1. Soak the semolina in part of the milk
  2. Boil sugar, butter, and rest of the milk together.
  3. Reduce heat and add the semolina and milk paste.
  4. Add food colouring.
  5. Once thick, pour the mix into a bowl and top with preferred garnishing
  6. Allow to cool and then chill in the refrigerator.
