75g rulang (semolina)
- Soak the semolina in part of the milk
- Boil sugar, butter, and rest of the milk together.
- Reduce heat and add the semolina and milk paste.
- Add food colouring.
- Once thick, pour the mix into a bowl and top with preferred garnishing
- Allow to cool and then chill in the refrigerator.
