Vegetable Kurma

Vegetable Kurma
(Note: This picture was taken a day after cooking! :S)


100g potato cubes

100g carrot cubes

100g tomato cubes

100g B. onions, diced

100g cauliflower, diced

100g beans, cubed

Curry leaves

2tbsp ginger-garlic paste


Cashew powder (add last)

Garam masala (add last)

10gr. chilli powder

5gr. coriander


4tbsp ghee or vegetable oil

Mint leaves


Temper the paste and spices. Add vegetables and water and cook until done. Add cashew and garam masala.
