Short crust pastry

4tbsp boiled flaked fish

2 cups milk

2 eggs

Finely chopped onions

Finely chopped chillies

For decoration: creamed potatoes and parsely


Beat eggs. Mix in flaked fish, finely chopped onions and chillies, seasoning and milk.

Line patty cases (tart trays) with pastry, fill with creamed mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

Roll pastry and cut 2-inch diameter circles, prick with a fork, glaze and bake.

Place the pastry round on the fish tartley and decorate with cream potatoes and parsely.
