Short crust pastry for 250g atta flour
250g minced beef
1 large onion, sliced
2 long green capsicums, sliced
1 large tomato, chopped finely
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Seasoning powders: curry powder, chilli, pepper
Whole seeds: fennel, fenugreek, flaxseed
Coriander leaves, chopped roughly
Grated cheese for topping
Oil for tempering
[Optional: 2 eggs, beaten]
Prepare a dry beef filling and allow it to cool.
Grease the tart trays.
Roll out the pastry and line the tart trays with the pastry.
Fill the center with beef mix.
[Optional: pour beaten egg over the mix to hold the mix together. I omitted this step.]
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
