Aval (Flattened Rice Flakes)

Dry Soak aval until soft. Combine well with grated coconut, juggery, vanilla, and salt. Put mixture in individual cups and top with banana slices. Porridge Boil water with aval. Add juggery, sugar, vanilla, a beaten egg, a little pepper powder, and one or two crushed cardamom. Add vanilla last before taking off heat.
